  25. I understand how you feel, having owned an Amiga for a long time 
  26. myself... I would suggest trying to find someone with a PC and install 
  27. the fax software that came with your modem onto that machine, then take 
  28. a look at the init strings it defaults to. Then you should set the init 
  29. string in GPFAX for the same. Voila! If this doesn't work, try setting 
  30. the init string to a Generic modem, or a Hayes.
